About

The Centre of Psychotherapy and Social Support was created by a group of highly qualified professionals that are dedicated to provide the best possible service for all individuals, groups or corporations in need. We are specialized in treating and supporting individuals or groups that have difficulty in dealing with their everyday challenges or/and with emotional distress.

All behaviour is based on the psychological makeup of the person thus we aim to deal with your individual problems from within. Our work is based on trust, empathy, congruence and unconditional positive regard.

  • According to the Medical Dictionary, psychotherapy is “Treatment of emotional, behavioral, personality, and psychiatric disorders based primarily on verbal or nonverbal communication and interventions with the patient, in contrast to treatments using chemical and physical measures.”

The couple can meet the therapist in couple sessions (primarily) and in personal sessions alternatively when this is needed. With the facilitation of the therapist, the couple can learn to communicate more effectively with each other and give way to their couple relationship to be assisted in growing or if this cannot be done, dissolve in a positive manner.

Group Psychotherapy

Group PsychotherapyGroup Psychotherapy

Group therapy is a form of psychosocial treatment where a small group of patients with similar problems meet regularly to talk, interact, and discuss problems with each other and the group facilitator (therapist). Group therapy attempts to give individuals a safe and comfortable environment where they can work out practical and emotional issues. Through this process, patients gain insight into their own thoughts and behavior, and offer suggestions and support to others.
